Motivational Dream story
“The Broken Bridge”
Once in a quiet village nestled between mountains, lived a young man named Aarav. He was known for his dreams – big ones. Aarav wanted to become an engineer and build great things. But life wasn’t kind. His father passed away early, and his mother worked as a cook to support the family.
Every day, Aarav walked 5 km across a broken bridge to reach school. The bridge was damaged, but he crossed it daily, telling himself, “One day, I will fix this.” His classmates mocked him for his torn shoes and lunch of dry bread, but he never let it break him. Instead, he studied harder.
Years passed. Aarav earned a scholarship to a top engineering college. While others gave up, he kept walking across that same bridge until the day he left for the city.
A decade later, Aarav returned. But this time, not as a poor boy. He was now a successful civil engineer, respected for building bridges across the country. The first project he took on? Rebuilding the broken bridge in his village – the one that once symbolized his struggle.
As the new bridge was unveiled, people cheered, but Aarav said just one thing:
“Dreams don’t need wealth. They need willpower.”
